POWER SKATING/STICK HANDLING & SHOOTING SKILL/BATTLING WITH PUCK PROTECTION

Power skating, edges, turning agility, stopping & starting, weight transfer, Speed and quickness with and without the puck. Snapshot, wrist shot, backhand & slap shot, shooting while carrying the puck, proper technique of a quick release.
