‘ ADVANCED POWER SKATING/STICK HANDLING/SHOOTING DEVELOPMENT /BATTLING WITH PUCK PROTECTION
Power skating, edges, turning agility, stopping & starting, weight transfer, Speed and quickness with and without the puck. Snapshot, wrist shot, backhand & slap shot, shooting while carrying the puck, proper technique of a quick release.
PLAYERS WILL BE GROUPED ACCORDING TO AGE AND SKILL LEVEL
